Bloom & B Therapy offers virtual individual therapy and groups for adults across Ontario, specializing in attachment-focused therapy and trauma therapy. 


Sessions are 50 or 80 minutes and conducted through a secure video platform, allowing for effective nervous system regulation. 


Together, we create a space that feels steady, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions; therapy is a place to slow down, understand your patterns, and move toward meaningful change.
